The Jager Bomb

Welcome back fellow mixers! Today we begin with a simple Jagermeister special. Today, we will be concocting the favored JagerBomb!  A little known fact about the JagerBomb is that in german-speaking countries, the “Turbojager” or ‘Flying Hirsch” (Flying Stag). Flying is derived from Redbull’s slogan “Red Bull gives you wings” and “Stag” originates in the Jagermeister logo. Also, in Finland, it is called an “Akkuhappo” meaning Battery Acid.

Now onto the mixture!

The following ingredients are needed:

4 oz. of Red Bull

Jagermeister

Step #1:

Pour the Red Bull into a Pub glass

Step #2:

Take a shot glass and pour the Jagermeister into it

Step #3:

Drop the shot glass full of Jager into the glass of RedBull

Step #4;

CONSUME!!

JagerBombs are a great addition to any gathering. As a warning though, please drink this cocktail responsibly. This simply being the fact that you’re mixing a stimulant (Red Bull) and a depressant (jager) at the same time. Doing this has very clashing effect. Before signing out,  one last little fact about the Jagerbomb that I found very interesting.  Originally, the Jagerbomb recipe involved Jagermeister and BEER! I mean…beer and liquor mix!?...Together? Count me out. Glad someone decided to experiment with energy drinks…lol! Well until next mixers, HAPPY MIXING!
